Very easy, just went in for a taster day to make sure I could handle and would enjoy the job. Was offered the position after sitting in for a game and watching what the marshals job is.

quick and easy, offered the job the same day. Employees were welcoming and understood training procedure as well as how to communicate professionally with eachother and customers. Was a great learning experience practically speaking.
