I had received an initial call from a consultancy ( Recruise India) via Naukri... Accordingly the profile got forwarded to ANSR which takes care of end to end recruitment for Delta Technology Hub(Technology Arm of Delta Airlines). ..It took roughly 3 weeks to schedule a first round of interview...First round face to face interview happened in Delta's Manyata Embassy Business Park on 22nd Aug...There were two interviewers(one on virtual and another on site) with whom I interviewed. Interviewers were polite, patient while listening, gave attention to details...They never stopped me while speaking. They introduced themself with good attention to detail on their job and duties... I am still waiting for the feedback at the time of writing this experience. ANSR folks are very detail oriented... They would explain the job description, nature of the job, in office expectations, location during the initial screening... They would also give enough lead time for you to give the slot for the interview...They had also given a goody bag as a token of appreciation at the end of my first round of interview.

3 tech rounds 1 hr and hiring manager round. Fairly easy if you have relevant experience and know how to showcase your experience. Very polite and professional panel. Gave me an opportunity to ask questions aswell.
