I applied online for Customer Service agent, was sent a video interview invitation in which needed to be completed in less than 3 days. Once I completed the online interview I received an email about 14 days later being ask to come in for an in-person interview. I had two interviewers and I used the STAR method to during the interview. The questions were very similar to the ones that I answered online. I completed the face-to-face interview and was told I would be hearing something soon. About 3 days later I got a phone call saying to come in for paperwork.

Phone call to me and set up interview. Very easy and fast company does not seem to care for employees I do not recommend this place for anyone who is looking

Entretien suite à ma candidature au bout d'une semaine. Entretien téléphonique suivie d'un entretien sur place avec des managers en français et en anglais. C'était très intéressant et enrichissant. Des recruteurs très sympa et à l'écoute. Qui te mettent à l'aise même si l'entretien est très poussée et technique.
