The interview process was easy. He asked a couple of questions and I answered and he told me I've moved to the next round. The next round was testing my agility and strength to see if I could carry heavy bags.

Entrevista
It was an over the phone interview process which lasted roughly 15 - 20 minutes. I believe I was asked about 5 questions from the interviewer. The questions ranged from if I was still interested in the position I applied to can I deal with the weather changes due to being outside.

The interview process was fairly straight forward as I had a recommendation from someone currently on the team. One of the two people in charge of conducting interviews was somewhat "lax" in his mannerisms and seemed as though he would've hired anyone (it was a mostly manual labor position) barring some significant red flags.
