Solicité el puesto a través de la recomendación de un empleado. El proceso duró 4 meses. Acudí a una entrevista en Delta Air Lines (Atlanta, GA) en nov 2021
Entrevista
The video interview went well and my interviewer was very personable. Felt like a conversation with a new friend. The face to face was not so great. There were about 40 of us and they only offered about 10 CJOs on the spot. I hear if they don't want you, you get a no thanks the next day. If they want you but you're not offered a CJO on the spot, it might take a week or more to receive your no thanks email. I haven't heard of anyone getting a CJO after the face to face the past few years, but maybe it's possible.
From what I understand, they're only allowed a limited amount of CJOs per interview and if they don't fill those spots with people on the day, they go back to email CJOs to those who weren't definite no thanks. But there were maybe 3 our of the 40 some people who I didn't think were great candidates, the rest of us were really strong candidates. So I figured if my face to face was filled with so many amazing candidates, the others must be too, so there's no way they'd have empty slots available to email any CJOs after the fact.
I also felt I hadn't had enough opportunity to get to know anyone at the interview or to show my full potential. By the 3rd section of the interview (it's split into 3 parts), it was clear to me that I wasn't going to get an offer. I felt very sidelined and excluded. When they say it's like sorority recruitment, they're not wrong. I went to that 3 times in college and never got in, so I was hoping Delta would be different. At least for airlines, I can apply more often since it's not limited to the time you're in college.

I am currently in the interview process for the FA position and have reached the ODV part of it. Most of the questions are expierenced based, so I would recommend just thinking of the times you have exceeded the customer service baseline before hand.
