Video interview was super quick and easy f2f was extensive a couple months after video interview . STAR format for the f2f took about 8 hours all together , group interview then they pull you one on one by last name .
STAR style interview. There all day for the interview with many other candidates. They explain what its like to work for Delta, ask where you would fly first if hired.
