I was referred to Dell and after my resume was shortlisted, they arranged for technical evaluation. The technical round was through telephone and after I got through, they arranged for a face to face round with the Hiring Manager. it was followed by HR discussion and salary negotiations. The whole process took around two weeks. The interview questions were pretty standard and overall difficulty level of the interview was easy.
