Three rounds of interviews. First was a Zoom intake call, second was a solo recording I had to upload, and the third interview was a weird panel-style information session with long breaks in-between three interviews. They emailed me that I did not get the position. One good thing is that they offer a chance for feedback. When I asked, the recruiter mentioned that they felt my mock/role playing sales call was too short and "didn't find the customer's pain points". This was after the person interviewing me framed it as: "This is people's least favorite part" and basically said let's get this over with. I asked a ton of great questions and had practiced beforehand with a current Dell employee. It felt like I was duped out of this job when I am qualified for a Sales position and have everything I would need to train well for how to specifically address "pain points"... it feels like they have a fear-based attitude towards hiring.
