Telephone Interview. Just asked me if I know SQL and they explained about their team for 20 minutes. I felt that I am right fit for the position and I also added few points where I could align with role since they weren't asking any questions. They really seem not interested in hiring and after 2 weeks, I got an email saying they are looking for a person who is experienced in the domain which came as a surprise since I wasn't even interviewed.
