Q&A with current Inside Sales Associates/Reps, then 3 separate interviews with different employees. The first is mostly about Why Dell, the second is about your personal goals and the last is the role play. The last interview is a role play exercise but you are given materials to prepare. I thought I did very well because every person I interviewed with told me I was a great fit for the role. I did not get an offer, and when I asked for feedback it seemed that I was given very generic reasons why I did not get an offer which did not match my interview experience at all. It really seems like Dell is trying to get as many people to interview as possible, while only choosing one person. I felt like this was a waste of my time.

Applied online, did a brief 5 question recorded interview, then was invited on site for a morning of interviews. The interviews were great with not too much pressure. The managers did a great job of making all of us feel comfortable. There are 3 interviews and the 3rd interview is a mock sales call. I had never done a mock call before, but you are given material to prep accordingly. The technology is very basic and doesn't require haven't a tech background as most people who apply are business majors. The managers who work at DellEMC are incredible. They are intelligent, mature, and it is clear they are very good at what they do. They made the day for me and I appreciate all their work.
