Entrevista
Whole interview was online. Also the position is Remote. 1st is a Google form submission where you have to submit answers to the questions, such as -Have you achieved anything in last year. -Do you have the mindset to work without anyone telling you what work you have to do, etc. 2nd Round is assignment submission, in which you are given an assignment which you have to submit and you can take your time to submit it, no time limit. 3rd Round is reflection round, in this you have to watch a video and have to write about what you got to know from the video. 4th Round is observation round, where you have to join a zoom link and can observe every group, such as brainstorming sessions, and more, here you get to know about their work culture. Further more interview might be taken according to your applied position. You can leave the interview if you cannot fit into this work culture, they say this in 1st or 2nd round. I dropped out of the interview process after completing 3rd round.

Entrevista
The interview process was structured and efficient. It began with an initial phone screening to discuss my background and interest in the position. Next, I was given a technical assessment that tested my skills relevant to the job, including coding challenges and problem-solving tasks. Following the assessment, I participated in a series of interviews with team members, where we discussed my technical knowledge, past projects, and how I approach challenges. Finally, I had an in-depth interview with the hiring manager to evaluate my fit within the company culture and alignment with the team’s goals. Throughout the process, communication was clear, and I felt well-informed at each stage.
