Scheduled an interview with one of their recruiters. That part was simple enough. Then they proceed to not show up at the scheduled date. Take that as you will, but looking at the other reviews you probably can tell where you are getting into by working with them.

Exactly same experience as others have described. After 3 rounds of interviews have the decency to reply to candidates. Replies don't have to be positive but at least give people a proper answer after you engaged them and made them go through your tests. If you are of a senior level you are overqualified for this company.

Ridiculous attitude and process. Very unprofessional .
They waste time of people by interviewing , then after two interviews and answering all the questions correctly and demonstrating a higher level of experience and understanding than the interviewers, they let a few days pass to fake that they are thinking of it , then they send an email "sorry we have decided to proceed with another candidate", while this is a lie and they have hired nobody, they still keep interviewing people for the position and wasting their time and sending the same copy/paste rejection email to everybody, for months.
I got in touch with another developer gave interview for the same position and he described exactly the same things... And then I got in touch with a friend who knows someone working there and verified (internally) that he is 100% sure that they have not hired anybody yet for the position , they are still interviewing people and the rejection reason I have received in the email is a lie, nobody was hired yet. The common thing I had with the other rejected developer was that we were highly skilled and highly experienced, clearly much more than their underqualified team leads could handle and their underqualified managers are willing to pay. This is the actual rejection reason but they are not even serious and professional enough to tell "sorry but you are overqualified comparing to the skill level of the team".
The total experience was very unprofessional, was more like talking to a group of friends at high school age than representatives of a serious company.
Just a waste of time and it looks like that they have wasted the time of many people, it is not just me
