Only had the first round which was supposed just to be a conversation about my background and motivation for apply. Their questioning overran and I did not get to ask my questions. A major negative is one of the interviewers who was quite young was not properly versed in the technical aspect and challenged my response and was confidently incorrect. At that point, I thought it can't be a good place to work if they expect you to know the landscape but themselves are not technically competent. The other negative is the extolling of their ' outcome-driven' approach as if it was a novel concept. It is not and would be a default in any successful enterprise I was not invited for a second round which they said would have been a case study to see how you think and problem-solving approach.
