Interview was the normal process. HR was part of it through skype due to it being in another location. There is actually a test you have to complete after the interview and beware, because you are being timed. Make sure you have your own calculator that you're familiar with. If you don't get the job and person they hired doesn't pan out for whatever reason, they will call you to see if you are still interested and they will offer the position to you.
