The hiring and interviewing process was very easy . I got into training like 2 hours after the interview and i reluctantly accepted because of my financial situation. Before training, i had an interview as a beauty advisor but the way my availability was set up, i couldnt do it because it was a 10 hour job 6 days a week . I went with the call center representative position, not my best idea but it was better than nothing.

Very easy basic interview. They ask alot of questions based on your previous experiences and how can you handle pay and the job itself. Loved it ! They are all about money, making it, having customers come in and buy there product. They dont joke around with the money. If you make less than 1,000 on your checks they will fire you. Commission based pay!
