1st took 2 test on personal skills test, then went through two in-person interviews, followed up my SKYPE interview. All questions fair and can tell how they look out for longterm. Had a phone interview where the interviewer told me about the position, a few questions about my experience and what wage I was looking for. I would find out during my in person interview how much of a waste of time this whole process was.
So you all told me to apply, had me waste my time and guaranteed me an interview. I went through the whole process to get an email an hour later telling me that I’m not being considered. Extremely unprofessional. Obviously the ones who told me to do it aren’t in charge of overseeing the application reviews, so not a knock on the company, but the people who told me to apply.
