I applied through the career service of my university, during the application I answered different questions about me, my background and the company (with strengths and weaknesses). After this, they send me an email telling me they wanted an interview. The interviewer was friendly, he asked me about my background experiences ( the ones in line with the position) and about the answers to the questions during the application. At the end, he asked me if I had some questions. They look for feedback about their business. They didn't choose me, but it was a good experience.
