I interviewed during the Covid-19 Pandemic. First had a call with the hiring manager over the phone then came in for a second in person interview . After the interview, did a written philosophical test and also 250 question assessment which was a bit excessive but I did not mind (took about 2.5 hours total) Hiring manager said shed be in touch. Did not hear back for 2 weeks so figure i'd follow up to see what the status was. Still nothing. Never heard back got ghosted from the employer. Very unprofessional especially since i took the time out of my day to come on site and interview and show interest in the employer. Just shows the type of culture they have there and not a good look.
