After I had submitted background check information before the interview and mentioned something about sponsorship at the beginning of the interview process, the interviewee hung up the call. They could have rejected me before the interview if they clearly didn't want any job applicant who required visa sponsorship. It was wasting both our time, and that was discouraging.
