It started off seemingly acceptable. Was contacted by one of their hiring people a few weeks after submitting my resume. Had a meeting with 2 people. They mostly asked questions about what I've done/can do and in the end asked me to send over references. I spent time planning out questions to ask them and was able to get a few in before it was apparent that one of them needed to end the call. Before the call ended I was told they would get back to me in a week - and that they wouldn't leave me waiting too long. Well I sent over my references and they left me waiting 6 weeks before informing me that they were going with another candidate. Looking on their website, the job is still posted as available.
