First, had a phone screener with a technical recruiter. He went over the position and sold me on the UX org. Next, had 3 back-to-back 30-minute interviews with different members of the UX team, all behavioral and technical questions. A lot of them asked the same questions so it kind of felt like the same interview 3 times. Last, had a cultural interview with the head of UX. Very informal. We mostly just talked shop about UX and process and Datasite's approach.
