This was particularly disappointing because the interview had already been rescheduled three times. I understand that each interviewer has their own style, but I felt that the brief duration and limited scope of questions did not allow for a fair assessment of my skills and experience. As someone with over 5.5 years of experience, I have participated in many interviews, and this was the first time I encountered such a situation. I believe that a more thorough evaluation, including practical questions or coding assessments, would have been a better reflection of my abilities.
