Had a first call with the recruiter who knows nothing about design and just asking weird questions. Not professional at all. The interview process is crazily old-fashion where you even need to provide 3 references from direct managers in the past companies. When I asked What's the expectation of the role, the recruiter didn't bother and say read the job description (I mean... there are 100 types of designers, how do I know which one you are hiring for?)
