Very informal. Asked several technical questions simply to assess skill in the area. Many behavioral questions. I didn't personally go through the process, but I heard through several other interns about having to take a technical exam that included both mechanical and electrical questions. The exam does test your knowledge, but is more-so used to test your logic and your level of experience.
