1- First interview with HR. Informal meeting and get to know a bit more about the company and salary requirements (About 30 minutes)
2- I was called to a second interview with Head of Marketing to talk more about the position and my experiences (About 60 minutes)
3- I was sent a case study to work on and given 7 days to complete it - Case study took me 3 days on and off
4- I was called for the 3rd and final round of the interview with Social Media manager, Current Brand Designer and Head of Marketing to present the case study. It seemed successful and they stated that " it is perfectly aligned what we asked for"
At first, I personally had a good feeling about the members I talked to. Even the Head of Marketing person told me that how horrible start-ups are in Berlin and the way they treat people... Although, one week after the final interview, I received an email from HR saying that they decided to change the level of the position to more leader position therefore my profile was not a fit anymore. If you will be interviewed with Dance, I would suggest you to make sure they do not waste your work time to understand what is needed for their company. Because after 2 hours long interviews in total and 3 days of case study, they changed the rules of the hiring process which is quite unprofessional. I felt used and I definitely think that they do not give value to people's time or work. Not recommended.
