I spoke to the recruiter a few times after applying online. After a phone screen, I spoke to the hiring manager. I thought the interview went well enough. She seemed like all of my answers. I received a generic email saying they were not moving forward. I was more than qualified for the job. I have a lot of experience and believe she wanted someone with less experience. I followed up with the recruiter for feedback and was ghosted.
