I interviewed on 5 separate occasions with 9 individuals for my first position with Dana-Farber. I met with each person individually as opposed to a panel-type of style. The interviews were fairly standard, somewhat more casual than I initially expected in terms of the types of questions asked by some.

I was interviewed by the Practice Manager first and then by the Director of Clinical Operations. They asked me to come back the next day and I was interviewed by five current employees.

The process was quick. One interview with the manager of the department. Then met with two people from HR. I was a little nervous but the women from HR were very nice.

Required more than one onsite evaluation. Sat with Manager, then peers, and then also medical team. Did not compensate parking for all these visits. They were looking for a longterm employee that would commit extra hrs into getting the work done.
