Interview was with 3 managers via WebEx. 2 of them couldn’t work the video display. It was very impersonal feeling. They just moved from one question to the next robotically. No pleasantries or even feigned interest in my responses.

Applied online and got an interview invitation 2 weeks later. Scheduled a phone interview and just need to wait for the phone call on the day of the interview. Did a self introduction and recruiter asked about schedule availability and commuting time.

It is an Interactive , easy and not intimidating interview. Called me back for offer within 2 weeks. I was interviewed by 2 FA. The interview is structured and they were friendly .

Over the phone interview, very chill. After the interview, they invited me for a job preview to come in for one hour in the hospital - meet the team, get a tour, put on the floor with a nurse, and shadow, and see what they go through, and see the pt’s. If everyone agrees yes, then they present formal offer.
