I initially had one phone interview, then followed by a personal interview with the Regional Operations Manager for the position. Following my personal interview I had three additional phone interviews with various team members with Davita. During the phone interviews I was asked some similar questions and some were unique to each interviewer. All the interviews were cordial and somewhat structured.
