Completed short internet interest form with cv resume attached. Then answered several questions to determine what kind of environment I most liked to work in or fit in. Questions had options that eventually led DaVita to decide if I would fit in to working in an Dialysis Center, in ICU, or in patients' homes. I then completed a very long personality test that had a possibility of answers such as agree, strongly agree, disagree etc or always, never, sometimes, etc. After these internet tests were completed, I received an e-mail about 4 days later asking for some times which I could be contacted by phone for a phone interview. I responded within a day and had a phone interview set up within 2 work days. The interview was scheduled at 4 pm and was 30 minutes long. There was a whole section on the DaVita web site on how to prepare for this interview and the type of questions that would be asked and questions that I should ask. I spent a lot of time learning about this organization, preparing for this interview, and talking to current employees. I was told that I would be contacted no later than a date that was in 4 days. That date was 2 weeks ago, and I have not heard anything back from this company.
