I had one pre- interview on the phone conducted by HR, very friendly, they checked my English speaking skills and asked me if I am applying for another company as well. Standard questions like tell me about yourself and why do you want to work for us. I also had zero experience in this position. Second interview is by managers/ team leads via Microsoft Teams with camera. Again, very friendly about 40 min long. It was mostly them explaining details about the job. They asked me what salary I expect, and ended up giving me way more than that. Only cons was that the job was extremely stressful and demanding, often no time to even eat lunch.
