Worst, Please ask for their budget before attending any interviews. because if they wont have the expected budget of yours they will still engage you with the interview process till HR Round and on HR Round they will degrading you, they will use fowl language and will try to convince you that you have unrealistic expectation and you dont deserve your expected CTC. IN HR Round also they wont tell that our expectation are out of their budget, instead they will ask from what CTC you have started and why you are asking expected CTC. the worst thing is that the HR will compare your experience with their experience and say i have been with this organization for 20 years and they will expect the same from you as well.
