Initially started with Resume Shortlisting and then onsite interview with there IoT lead who gave one assignment in Kafka and then demo on the assignment and then 1 round of face to face with there ASEAN lead. It was pathetic, there top level manager was bashing other MNC and trying to show DXC as the best company. Reality is DXC is not surviving digital competition and undergoining with huge losses.

Straight to technical interviews, Typical questions about data and ETL Stuff. Interviewer was friendly. Would have been a good atmosphere But HR ghosted me. I even sent follow up emails but received no replies,
Online interview. About 30 min. Easy and in a friendly environment. Without many technical questions. To have the desire to study is very important. The process of hiring is not one of the fastest ones, but it is not a big problem.
Only two interviews. The first one with Human Resources in order describe yourself and the second directly with the Manager to explain your business and technical skills. Is a very simple process where you contact directly with the persons that you will work on the daily basis
