The overall process was average. There were some technical issues during the interview and instructions were unclear. Other than that, everything was fine. I hope improvements can be made for a smoother experience.

The HR persons does not want to understand you or do they want to see if you are fit for a role. Moreover, throughout the whole interview, they had only asked one question. The events leading up to the interview was very poorly managed as the person did not give enough information before hand.
