I had to take an IQ test, then was screened by HR. This was followed by more online tests, then a Skype interview with a Director. The final step was a 60 second video cover letter.

Entrevista
Two-part interview; Phone interview/screening, Interview (Skype) with a Director. After these parts, you are told to wait until mid-February for results. You find out regardless you receive an offer or not.
