The team was very quick to respond and very engaged. The process did take a couple of weeks, but they kept me informed throughout the process. Very courteous and considerate of my time as well.
I spoke with Rachael for a little more than 30 minutes and she not only provided me with great answers to my questions but also painted a fantastic picture of what would look like to be a member of the team.

How do you organize yourself on a day to basis as a recruiter.

I signed on 10 minutes prior to a scheduled interview. 15 minutes after the scheduled time I checked my email and saw it was cancelled a couple minutes ago. I was shocked this happened especially since we work in recruiting and should always be providing an excellent candidate experience. I spoke to another Recruiter who applied to DISH and they said their interview was 5 minutes long. --> Please review resumes thoroughly before deciding if you want to schedule an interview. This will save everyones time and it won't come across as disrespectful or unprofessional.

They cancelled the interview last minute and I was waiting for a half hour on the call in the middle of my work day.
