Thorough and fair. The process was lengthy and it was difficult to determine what weight was placed on each part but overall nothing was poorly handled. Its unfortunate to have a let down but I was given my fair shake.
Lengthy, took several months, interviewed with more than 10 different individuals (some more than once), required to take 3 different tests (G+, Wonderlic, Watson Glaser.
It is probably worth noting that I was warned by several people, including one of my references, about the corporate culture at Dish and they do not permit remote work.
