The program involved sending off an initial interview and then completing scenario-based questions looking at most graduate schemes. The next stage was questions based these involved a few maths and data questions a few scenario questions and finally some recorded answers.

Positive Experience overall. Usual graduate job recruitment process with tests and online video interview/testing. It did test situation ability with questions relating to examples given to you. Then there was an Assessment Day in Birmingham. Maybe 25 candidates and 30 assessors. There was a site tour, individual interviews as well as group tasks (think building towers with paper and assessing a project). The individual interviews asked traditional questions.
