Please note that the recruitment process happened during the pandemic 3 interview phases: online video interview, an HR interview and SMT. - Online video interview is pretty standard, a question pops up on your screen and you have 90 seconds to answer. - HR interview really depends on who your interviewer is because only 2 people who got interviewed by my interviewer passed this stage while other interviewers had more than 4 people pass - For the SMT interview, really let your personality shine and let them know that you're a problem solver as well
