Attended a career fair that was hosted through my University. Gave resume and talked to recruiter. Recruiter emailed me a few months later and asked if I wanted to schedule an interview. Went to offices and interviewed with the recruiter and two others who were in charge of the accounting department.

It was all very relaxed. I came in and interviewed with 2 representatives. It took about 40 minutes. I described my relevant classes and experience. They were mostly interested about my accounting classes.

I applied online, several weeks later I had an email from an HR rep. I scheduled the in-person interview. The interview lasted around 30-40 minutes. The interview itself was very casual with an HR representative and your eventual manager.
