Entrevista
1. Video interview- General HR questions that comes up in random order. Everyone has different orders and sets of questions. You can only answer on-the-spot.
2. Assessment center- (format has changed in the coming years) Three parts- Group discussion on planning a charity event. An individual case study on a global economy research report (cannot clearly recall) & presentation. Role-play as a consumer banking RM to deal with difficult customer (played by interviewers)
3. panel interview- with all management committees. Six interviewees at a time. Start with a 60-sec self-introduction (quite flexible on the time length) and some classic behavioral questions. Sometimes during the interview the interviewers pop up with follow-up questions on the self-introduction or question about your CV.
Online assessment of 50questions, Assessment Centre (you will be assigned to a group and solve problem statements and then present.) and lastly Panel Interview with HR and MD/EDs or others. The assessment centre isnt too hard, just show you are capable of working well with others and able to lead.
It started off with a virtual assessment that assessed my knowledge of coding and software engineering. This was followed up with a 1 day hackathon that allowed us to showcase our technical and cooperative skills.

What challenges did you face while working on this project?
It was tough whereby a lot of unexpected situations suddenly come in and we needed to present everything in 10 mins and churn out slides. I am not sure what they are looking at too
