3 hour group interview, you are given 30 minute to read the materials and then 1 hour to discuss, the whole interview is so messy imagain 10 people talking over each other and there are zero progress, on top of that the GFM team is huge it covers a lot of functions, so everyone have different function in mind that they want to join, so group all 10 people with different division they want to join under one roof is just a bad interview tactics.
