1) call with the previous CTO was about my previous experience, no particular questions about my skills or competence, neither technical or personal, no test or riddle to be sustained
note: the current CTO may employ a totally different approach
2) call with the current CEO: 3 riddles plus a technical question regarding aerospace engineer
no explanation about the company status, the current business or the foreseen employment area
