Typical structure in the beginning. Quick call to discuss background/experience, etc. This was followed up quickly with a video interview. The video interview was recorded and to be provided to the hiring manager for the role. The company nor the search firm followed up with me for nearly 3 weeks. I sent 2 follow ups asking for feedback. Finally I get a call from the search firm that they heard back from the company and they are not interested. The search firm rep who called me said she did not know the "why" but that they were not interested. This is a VP level role and I fully understand being a fit or not. But to not provide an actual reason even if it is "fit" is not the greatest experience.
