The interview process was very calm and laid back. Interviewer made it clear that there was no pressure and everything was set up to help you do your very best,
There were three interviews. I think they do this to evaluate if you are a good fit for the team. Questions were more like situational. Probably to check if I can handle pressure

Was sat down w manager and talked down to like a child. Told I seem right for position but am too shy. Did not get any follow up afterwards, was very disappointed.
