Filled out the easy application online, and got a call a few days later on Saturday for an interview. The interview wasn't hard, they give you a drink and you sit in a booth. The manager comes over and asks you to tell about yourself, then they talk about themself and how they got involved in Culvers. After that they ask a few more questions.
it was short and sufficient they were kind and asked many questions about myself and asked questions to get to know me. They gave me a run down of how my days would look and what I would be required to do and I got a tour of the building.
Relaxed one on one environment with an assistant manager. I was asked basic questions about my work/volunteer experience and my interests outside of school and work. I received an offer at the end of the interview

Great process she was nice and the interview was pretty easy the questions were pretty simple but I still haven’t heard back from them and the interview went by pretty quick
