The interview process was fairly straight forward and forthright. At first we did a phone interview and the manager reviewed my goals, history and salary request. After that I went in to meet with the higher level manager/owners who were able to assess my skills in more detail. I was then asked to come back for a secondary interview and answer some more questions regarding culture an meet some of the other staff. After that I was given a job offer.
