I only got to the interview stage so past this point, I don't know what happens. You start by having a tour of the facilities and meeting potential colleagues in all the departments you'd have contract with. You then have a personal interview and then a group interview where you have to solve some type of problem. We got a puzzle we had to work together to solve as quickly as possible.
