Went through a phone screening with a recruiter first, the recruiter did not seem to know much about digital media at all. Was then asked for an in person interview in Detroit, the interviewer did not look at my portfolio or resume before the interview, leaving little to discuss about how I would work with their team. They also seemed to need a lot of help with the section I was interviewing for and the summary of the job online was not the same as what she described in person. The interviewer was friendly but I was disappointed how little she looked into my background prior. I was being interviewed for under 30 minutes.
