Submitted resume, standard personality test, then a few short answer questions. Had very brief conversation with HR recruiter to set up interview with leadership team. Was a good cop/bad cop style interview and I took the bait. Did not make offer and did not explain the reasoning for the decision when asked. HR did follow up with phone call and explained “You either got it or you don’t” ??
